Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts, tools, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Develop automated workflows for data processing, system integration, and repetitive tasks.
- Implement test automation strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of automated solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure their smooth operation.
- Optimize and enhance existing automation solutions for better performance and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in automation and Python development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its libraries.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or PyTest.
- Experience with web scraping and data extraction using Python libraries like Beautiful Soup or Scrapy.
- Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to devise effective automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of other programming languages like JavaScript or Java.
- Experience with cloud-based automation platforms such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
