Challenges Faced:

Playwright: While Playwright offers numerous benefits for browser automation and testing, it also presents several challenges that developers and QA engineers may encounter. One challenge is the complexity of managing test environments across multiple browsers and platforms. Ensuring compatibility and consistency across different browser versions and operating systems can be time-consuming and require careful configuration and maintenance.Another challenge is the dynamic nature of web applications, which can introduce flakiness and instability in automated tests.
Azure Pipelines: While Azure Pipelines offers numerous advantages for automating the software delivery process, it also presents several challenges that organizations may face during implementation. One challenge is the complexity of configuring and managing pipelines, especially for larger and more complex projects with multiple dependencies and environments. Designing and maintaining pipelines that are efficient, reliable, and scalable requires careful planning and expertise in CI/CD best practices.
Comprehensive Testing: Multiple aspects of the system implementing diversity in general, as well as collectibles, and referrals were considered as potential problems. There were test drives that revealed some problems which were then ironed out before the solution went live.

Our Approach:

Azure Pipelines: Our approach to leveraging Azure Pipelines revolves around maximizing efficiency, reliability, and scalability in the software delivery process. We begin by conducting a thorough analysis of our project requirements, identifying the key stages of the development lifecycle, and defining clear objectives for automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Release Management: Our approach to utilizing Playwright is characterized by its focus on enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and maintainability of our browser automation and testing processes. We begin by thoroughly understanding the unique requirements and objectives of each project, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals and expectations.

Results:

Reliable Functionality: Effective interviewing process, where both manual and automated testing were incorporated, created reliable loyalty features that did not lead to any problems with errors or issues.
Increased Loyalty and LTV: Publicinput started undoubtedly as a loyalty solution which subsequently resulted in increased customer loyalty and improved customer lifetime value for businesses.

Conclusion:

The PublicInput project showcased the successful collaboration between our development and QA teams in delivering loyalty solution.
